Delivery methods

Your jewelry stores Or & Argent offers several delivery methods to meet your needs and shopping habits.

First of all, we offer a free in-store collection service (Click and collect in Belgium) with no minimum purchase, payment is always made online. Want to see the product before ordering? It is possible, please use the contact form.

Then, we offer home delivery but also delivery to a pick-up point.

Depending on the content of your order, the shipping time may vary depending on the availability of the items ordered. The shipping time (or availability in store) is specified during your purchases and on the product sheet. This deadline is given as an indication.

This period can be recalculated once your order is in "processing" status and can be viewed on your account.

For items in stock in our warehouse, we ship them within 24 to 48 working hours.

We keep the freedom to adapt the delivery at any time (security, speed, etc.).

Pick up in store

You have the option of having it delivered free of charge to our various stores in Belgium.

  • Delivery is totally free and with no minimum purchase.
  • You are notified by email or SMS when your order is available for collection

Pick-up point delivery

  • Delivery to a collection point can be done via the postal services (Bpost) or via the carrier Mondial Relay
  • The delivery time will be faster via the postal services than via Mondial Relay
  • This service is more secure than home delivery
  • You have 10 working days to collect your parcel via the postal services and 8 working days for Mondial Relay
  • You may be asked for an ID
  • You are notified by email or SMS when your order is available at the pick-up point
  • The tracking link is available on your account and is sent to you by email
  • This delivery method is not available for your bar/coin purchases

Home delivery

  • Home delivery is via Bpost in Belgium or Colissimo in France
  • Carrier may vary in other countries
  • You may be asked for an ID
  • For the delivery of ingots and coins we work with a secure carrier other than the postal services (only in Belgium)
  • The tracking link is available on your account and is sent to you by email

If your package is not collected within the time limit at the collection point or if the address is incorrect, the package will be automatically returned to Or & Argent. Upon receipt of this package, we will refund your order minus the administrative costs (equal to the delivery costs or a flat rate of €5).

In case of non-compliance of delivery (damaged package, etc.) it is imperative to contact us within 24 hours after delivery.

Tracking your order

Automatic e-mails will be sent to you to follow the progress of your order (payment received, order being prepared, etc.).

The tracking link is available on your account as soon as your order is dispatched and is also sent to you by email.
