The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the means that S.A. Paul Doutrepont (Or & Argent) implements to collect and process your personal data, whether you are required to provide through the use of our website, in the strictest respect of your rights.

What is GDPR?

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") aims to harmonize data protection laws within the European Union and to increase the protection of personal data.

This means that the GDPR specifies how companies must inform individuals (in this case, you, our customers) about how their data is collected and protected. In addition, the law extends the legal possibilities of individuals (in this case, our customers) regarding their data: their right of access, deletion and portability.

The GDPR came into force on May 25, 2018.
